На хогнете такие шедевры либо удаляют, либо единицы лепят в надежде, что автор хотя бы отбетит своё творение. Какие-то огрызки, которые гордо называются "главами", псевдофилософия двенадцатилетних барышень, корявые стихи, убогое петросянство, анимешницы-мерисьюшки, персонажи фандомов в нашем мире... И всё это зе бест!
Не в обиду будет написано, но тамошние модераторы дураки. Они, помечая плохие фики стразиками, только портят жизнь авторам этих безобразий. Во-первых, потому что они начинают гордиться и считать себя крутыми писателями. А во-вторых, особо циничные эстеты сайта заходят на странички рекомендованных произведений и начинают глумиться. Столько минусов таким работам ставят! Иногда их гораздо больше, чем плюсов.

Блин, серьёзно, и как после этого можно гнать бочку на хогнет? Там хоть и бьют больно за косяки, но зато авторы за счёт этого совершенствуются.

В России спам-рассылку писем запрещает Кодекс РФ об административных правонарушениях (статья 14.3.)
и Федеральный закон РФ «О рекламе» (статья 18, п. 1).
Жалобы на спам подают в Управление Федеральной антимонопольной службы (УФАС)
и в Роскомнадзор (rkn.gov.ru/treatments/ask-question/).
